The Enjin Relaychain Is Growing: 25 → 35 Validators
Since launch in 2023, 25 validators have secured every transaction on Enjin Blockchain. Three years and 1,000+ eras later, that number is set to grow.
A governance referendum is live now to expand the active validator set from 25 to 35 over the next 12 months — 35 now, a reviewed continuation to 50 after, and beyond that, the network decides.
If you hold ENJ: nothing changes in how you use Enjin. The change is underneath, with more independent validators confirming every block.
If you run validators: 10 new slots open over the year via standard era election.
